Dana is the CEO of LBC Energy Advisory headquartered in London and the elected Chairperson of Energy & Infrastructure, European Women on Boards, European Commission headquartered in Brussels. Having served as a Founder Freeman of the Guild of Entrepreneurs of the City of London, Dana also serves as an Advisory Board Member of the world’s first hydrogen-producing marine fleet. 

She started her career as an Associate M&A Energy with Lehman Brothers in New York and relocated to London with Lehman Brothers around September 11^th. Based in London for the past 20 years, her sole focus has been in Energy, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Technologies with Lehmans, McKinsey & Co. (in London, Amsterdam and Hamburg), UBS M&A Energy and ABN Amro M&A Energy, where she served as the Global Head of M&A Energy. Dana’s truly Global cross-border deal sheet includes BP’s divestitures in the US, UK and Europe; Shell’s strategic actions in Europe; a series of IPOs on NYSE and LSE; and multiple mandates for Middle Eastern and Asian NOCs and SWFs. Dana executed her first mandate in Green Hydrogen, a JV between Toyota and an Asian NOC between 2016 and 2018. Currently, she is advising a PLC on enhancing share price performance through carefully selected Hydrogen acquisitions in Fuel Cells. In advising clients, Dana takes a firm but cautious approach. At the macroeconomic level, her persistent advice has been to mind the excess liquidity and the misallocation of capital. 

During her studies Dana received multiple merit scholarships instituted by the US Congress and administered by the International Research and Exchanges Board in Washington DC. Especially connected to Texas, professionally and at heart, she continues her work in the rather complex Global Energy markets. Like her compatriot and endless inspiration Nikola Tesla, Dana is fiercely proud of her ancestral heritage and blessed with her caring Orthodox Christian family upbringing. 

In her spare time, and since childhood, she takes great pleasure in sports, skiing, tennis, swimming, and volleyball, as well as horseback riding.
